Terms of Service

1. Service: StoreGenie AI provides a conversational AI assistant that answers questions about your Shopify store using natural language processing.

2. Plans: Free plan includes 10 queries per day. Pro plan ($19/month) includes unlimited queries + multi-store + analytics. Annual plan ($190/year) provides 2 months free. All plans can be cancelled anytime.

3. Acceptable use: You agree to use the service for legitimate store management queries. You may not attempt to extract bulk customer data, generate spam, or abuse the API rate limits.

4. AI accuracy: AI-generated responses may contain errors. We use predefined GraphQL queries (AI never generates raw queries) to ensure data accuracy. You are responsible for verifying critical metrics before making business decisions.

5. Data and privacy: We process data per our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with your local data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

6. Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Pro plans. Email hello@alicelabs.site to request a refund.

7. Limitation of liability: AliceLabs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.

8. Termination: You can cancel anytime by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. We will delete your data within 24 hours.

9. Intellectual property: The StoreGenie AI software, brand, and design are property of AliceLabs LLC.

10. Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
